Relevate also proudly offers group and private Pilates instruction based on the STOTT PILATES® method. STOTT PILATES® is a contemporary approach to the traditional movement method pioneered by Joseph Pilates. Modern exercise science, biomechanics principles, and spinal rehabilitation practices have been incorporated to make STOTT PILATES® an extremely safe and effective movement practice. The exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine, while increasing muscle length and strength, balance, mobility, and alignment, while reducing chronic pain and fatigue.
STOTT PILATES® is excellent for every body. Due to the depth and breadth of exercises, equipment, and modification options, STOTT PILATES® is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, and can be used for injury rehab, athletic conditioning, or everyday fitness.

Focuses on the five basic principles of STOTT PILATES®. Perfect for Pilates beginners, or for experienced Pilates students looking to refine their practice. You will experience a fun, full body workout, and will strengthen your core, improve your posture, and increase your range of motion via Essential Level Mat and Reformer exercises.
Focuses on both Essential and Intermediate Mat and Reformer exercises in the STOTT PILATES® repertoire. Perfect for more experienced Pilates Students, Athletes, or those from a dance or fitness background, and will improve strength, flexibility, and power with more challenging and coordinated movement patterns.
Energize your day with some cardio bursts! Jumpboard, Reformer, and Mat exercises are combined for a low impact, high intensity, and FUN experience. The combination of cardio jumping interval segments and full body conditioning will strengthen and tone muscles to improve everyday performance.
Jumping with the Jumpboard while lying down allows for back support, and focuses on hip, knee, and ankle alignment, while spring resistance allows you to safely control the amount of impact and challenge.
RELEVATE & Reform (60 min)
Relevate & Reform combines the very best of our turbocharged Relevate barre class with the breath, alignment, and full-body strengthening focus of Pilates Reformer. In just 1 hr, you'll experience that full body burn with 20 min of our signature Relevate warmup and heart-pumping cardio, followed by 40 min of full-body strengthening on the Reformer.
